It was an extremely convenient and great 4-star hotel, exceeded all expectations. the location was favourable, just 5 minutes walk from Puente Matute Remus. - It was so close to the expo, had good breakfast and service, and a nearby restaurant and Expo Guadalajara.

Every time we stay in Guadalajara, like to stay here. Everything looks good. The stuff is amiable and excellent and accommodates all of guests' needs. It is located in the heart of the city. Also, we both appreciated Puente Matute Remus, located not too far away from the hotel.

The room was a nice size. the hotel was fairly clean. - the staff was very friendly and professional. - the location in the middle of Jackson was comfortable and perfect. - It was near a nearby restaurant, expo, and Expo Guadalajara. - the services were good.

The food options were tasty and diverse, and the central location made it convenient to reach popular spots in town.

Great Shower and Comfortable Room

The shower in the room was really great, it was hot and powerful which made it very relaxing. I also found the bed to be very comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep. The location was also great – it was really close to the main attractions and the nearby restaurants were amazing.

The WiFi in my room was really poor and I could hardly connect to the network. This was really frustrating as I needed to get some work done while I was there.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the cleaning staff did a great job with the rooms each day. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to do. the view from the top of the hotel was amazing and we enjoyed taking some great photos from up there.

some of the rooms had poor window placement, which made for a stuffy and uncomfortable atmosphere.
